Originally founded as the Petroleum Industry Human Resources Committee (PIHRC) in 1998, the organization rebranded in February 2024 to reflect the broader energy landscape, which now includes oil and gas, renewable energy, and emerging clean technologies.

With a mission to connect individuals with meaningful careers in the energy sector, Discover Energy Careers NL works closely with industry partners, government departments, school districts, and educational institutions.
